Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiating Committee is proud to announce a Tentative Agreement has been reached for the IAM members at PSA Airlines. We heard your voices from the survey and addressed the top issues important to the membership. Highlights of the Tentative Agreement include:
- Lead – $2.50 increases of $.25
- Lead/RII – $2.75 increases of $.25
- Inspector – $2.50 increases of $.50
- Maintenance Instructors – $2.50 increases of $.25
- License increases of $.25 for total of $4.25
- Four-Year Term w/raises on amendable date
- Increase in raise for TOS pay rate
- Increase in contribution percentage with decrease in years to accrue for 401k
The Tentative Agreement with changes outlined in red will be available to everyone electronically via the District Lodge 142 website (https://atd142.org/).
REDLINE TENTATIVE AGREEEMENT HERE..
The ratification process will take place on September 5, 2023, starting at 6:00 am Eastern Time and concluding on September 7, 2023, at 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Directions for the vote will be posted online and emailed to each member. Please ensure your email address is up to date with District 142.
