Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiating Committee convened on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in Charlotte, NC, to prepare for negotiations. On Wednesday, September 10, and Thursday, September 11, 2025, your committee met with PSA Airlines Stores management for our latest Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Negotiations.
This past week, your Committee and PSA exchanged passes on Articles 3, 6, 10, and 24. Although no Tentative Agreements were reached this week, your Committee had very constructive dialogues with the company regarding these articles.
Your Committee is working diligently to make sure the concerns and ideas of the membership are expressed to the company. We also confirmed dates for the week of Oct 6, 2025, and Nov 10, 2025, for our next meetings.
There is currently an Interim Transition Agreement (TLOA) that allows representation by union stewards and lays out a grievance procedure. This is available on the IAM District 142 website at https://atd142.org/psa-airlines-stores/. Please be aware that if management asks to speak to you about discipline or anything that could lead to discipline, you should ask for a Union Steward to be present. A Steward from the Mechanics group is allowed to represent you.
Remember, the only accurate source of information about these negotiations and your representation will be from District 142 and your Negotiating Committee.
