The Tentative Agreement ratification vote will be conducted online starting September 5, 2023, at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and ending September 7, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. BallotPoint® is administering the vote.
BallotPoint has indicated to us that they will send a preliminary email to our members at PSA Airlines on Monday, September 4, 2023, containing all of the information required for you to cast your vote. Once the voting window opens on September 5th, you will receive an additional email from BallotPoint with a “Vote Now” link which will redirect you to the voting website. Note: The link in the email you receive is unique to you and your vote and cannot be used by any other member.
The voting window will close at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 7th and you will no longer be able to cast a vote after that time. We fully expect to have the results soon after voting closes. Once we have notified the Company and the Grand Lodge/Air Transport Territory of the outcome we will post the results on the atd142.org website, and social media, and email and text them to our PSA lists.
It is extremely important that your email address is up to date with District 142 prior to the vote. If you could vote previously, and your information has not changed, you do not have to do anything to update your information. If your name and/or email address has changed, please notify District 142 immediately by emailing Zach Coker at .
