Your Negotiation Committee met with the Company in Los Angeles at the Qantas hangar. This marks the third time we have had direct discussions between Qantas management and the IAM. One (1) Tentative Agreement was reached, and discussions were held on the following articles.

- Grievance Procedures
- No Strike-No Lock Out
- Classification
- Representation / Stewards
- System Board of Adjustment
The parties exchanged concerns over the previously mentioned articles. These are articles that will become part of the collective bargaining agreement.
Our next session will be the week of October 29th, 30th and 31st at the Qantas LAX Hangar. Your committee appreciates your support and solidarity during this negotiation process.
