The IAM went back to the IAM-Alaska System Board of Adjustment to obtain an order establishing a complete remedy in the HMO Arbitration.
Arbitrator John LaRocco has set a schedule for the parties to identify all of the evidence they may have regarding the scope of the remedy. The parties will reconvene in late May to determine whether a further hearing on the issue is necessary.
We will continue to keep you updated on our efforts to secure full relief for all affected Alaska employees.
