The current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Signature Flight Support ORD is scheduled for expiration on January 14, 2024. As such, your Union leadership has notified the Company of our intent to open negotiations and preparations have begun. Your Union negotiating committee will consist of Vito Laurino and District 142 General Chair, Bill Wise.
As the next step in this process, we are issuing an official Call for Contract Proposals. Submitting a contract proposal is a way for you, the membership, to be directly involved with the negotiating of your contract. A Contract Proposal form is attached to this bulletin and will be available on the District 142 website as well as from your negotiating committee. If you would like to submit a proposal online, scan the QR code below or use the link below to access the online form. The deadline for submitting proposals is November 13, 2023.

As the negotiation schedule is confirmed, we will update you on the dates and keep you updated continuously on our progress. Our goal will be to reach a Tentative Agreement that our members will be proud to vote for.
