Update following the active shooter incident at Dallas Love Field on Monday, July 25, 2022:
A spokesperson for Southwest Airlines has confirmed that all DAL Customer Service Agents are safe and accounted for. The ticket counter is closed until further notice. All passenger check-ins will now be curbside.
PM Customer Service Agents are being messaged concerning the incident. Temps are being brought in to assist and Employee Assistance is available to help any employee who needs it.
