Dear Sisters and Brothers:
We are disappointed to report that the Company once again requested to postpone our scheduled bargaining session, which was set for March 10, 2026, citing another scheduling conflict.
This marks yet another delay in the negotiation process and continues a pattern that has slowed meaningful progress at the table. While the Negotiation Committee has remained ready and available to meet, repeated postponements by the Company hinder our ability to move discussions forward and address the priorities of the NCP group in a timely manner.
At this time, both parties are reviewing possible dates to identify a mutually agreeable time to resume negotiations. Once firm dates are confirmed, we will promptly communicate that information to the NCP group.
We understand the frustration and disappointment these continued delays cause and want to assure you that your Negotiation Committee remains fully committed to advocating for fair proposals that reflect the needs, expectations, and priorities of our members. We appreciate your continued patience, engagement, and solidarity as we press forward.
Sincerely and fraternally,
| John M. Coveny, Jr. President/Directing General Chair | Oralia Beecher General Chair |
