This week, your District 142 negotiating team met with Southwest Airlines leadership to begin discussions on Paid Time Off (PTO), including how it compares to traditional vacation and sick leave. This is an important step in our effort to ensure your time-off benefits meet the needs of our members.
We’ve scheduled the next series of negotiation dates, including:
- Thursday, November 13
- Tuesday, November 18
- Wednesday, December 3
- Thursday, December 4
