IAM District 142 is pleased to announce that new negotiation dates for our Southwest Airlines Network Control Planners have been secured for December 10 and 11, 2025. These sessions will allow your Negotiations Committee to resume its work and continue moving this process forward.
During these upcoming sessions, the Committee will focus on Paid Time Off (PTO) provisions and address several outstanding issues identified in the recent Customer Planners Surveys. Your feedback has been an essential part of this process, and the Committee is committed to ensuring your concerns are fully represented at the bargaining table.
