As we communicated in our previous update on July 22, 2025, your District 142 negotiating team reached out to Southwest Airlines leadership to secure dates for continued negotiations. We have now scheduled the following dates: August 12,13, 25, and 26. These sessions will take place in Dallas, TX.
We appreciate our NCP members who submitted survey responses with those issues and concerns that are most important to you. Your Negotiations Committee appreciates your support and patience through this process. Our only goal is to secure for you a strong, new Tentative Agreement that you will be proud to vote YES for.
