The Southwest Airlines NOC Customer Planner Negotiation Committee reconvened with Company leadership at Southwest Airlines Headquarters in Dallas, Texas, on August 12-13, 2025.
During these sessions, both parties engaged in meaningful discussions informed by your recent survey responses, which highlighted the priorities and concerns of your group.
A Tentative Agreement (TA) was reached regarding the NEC Letter of Agreement (LOA). Additionally, the committee dedicated time to refining language related to Paid Time Off (PTO), with thoughtful deliberation among its members.
In a shared commitment to transparency, both parties recognize the importance of ensuring that all members have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the contents of the previously unsuccessful TA. To facilitate this, a hybrid informational meeting – offered both in-person and via Microsoft Teams – will be held on August 25, 2025. Further details, including access links and room assignments, will be communicated once finalized.
