District 142 is preparing to open contract negotiations with Swissport PHX Fuelers in March of 2026. To prepare for these talks, your negotiating committee is issuing an official Call for Proposals. To submit contract proposals, please use the QR code or link below to access the online proposal form. The deadline to submit proposals is February 28, 2026.

It is important that you sign up for email and text message alerts from District 142 before negotiations begin. To do so, visit the District 142 website, www.atd142.org, and click on the buttons to “Join Our Email List” and “Sign up for Text Messages.” This will ensure you receive timely updates directly from your union representatives and negotiating committee members about the progress and status of upcoming talks.
If you have not submitted your IAM membership application, it is crucial that you do so right away. Once a Tentative Agreement (TA) is reached with the Company, you can only participate in the contract vote if you are a member in good standing with the IAM. To complete your membership application, visit the membership page on our website at: https://atd142.org/iam-district-142-membership/. There, you will find a link and a QR code to fill out the application, along with an instructional video.
