The IAM/ Allied Aviation – LaGuardia Agreement becomes amendable on September 30, 2016. Accordingly a call for proposed contract changes is now in order.
Proposed changes are to be submitted separately on a contract proposal form, which can be obtained from your Committee Chief Steward Manual Nieves, which must contain the following information:
• Identify the article and paragraph to be amended
• Proposed contract language change or modification
• Example of problem or reason for change
• Each proposal change must have your name, signature and IAM Book Number
When submitting more than one proposal change, each change must be submitted on a separate form. All proposed changes must be submitted to your Committee member no later than June 20, 2016.
