The parties met for Negotiations on May 1, 2 and 3, 2018 at the Comfort Suites Milwaukee, WI. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources: Lori Ahern, Employee Relations Manager and Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager. Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.
Several passes where made on a Comprehensive Proposal that included the following Articles, Article 5 Work Classifications, Article 6 Uniforms and Appearance Standards, Article 7 Technical Stores-Salary and its Administration, Article 9 Part-Time Employees, Article 10 Payment of Overtime, Article 11 Holidays, Article 12 Vacation, Article 15 Sick Leave, Article 18 Furloughed employees, Article 19 General and Miscellaneous, Article 20 Retirement, Article 21 Insurance, Article 23 Maintenance of Benefits, Article 31 Longevity, Article 34 Effective Date and Duration, Article TBD-B Technical Stores Employees Uniforms, Article TBD-C Premiums and all LOA’s.
The following Articles have been Tentatively Agreed to Articles 10, 11, 12, 15, 18, 19, and 23.
Tentative dates to resume negotiations are May 14, 15 and 16, 2018 in Milwaukee, WI at the Crown Plaza.
