Your Negotiating Committee met with company representatives on Tuesday March 20, 2018. We were also scheduled to meet March 21 – March 22, 2018, but due to unforeseen last-minute changes in the present benefit package, it was prudent to recess until new benefit package details can be received and reviewed. Your Committee continued moving negotiations forward by addressing other outstanding articles.
- ARTICLES; 4, 6(D), 8(E), 9, 27, and SCHEDULE; “B” Incentive Plan; Were discussed and agreed upon.
- There were also enhancements made to ARTICLES; 6(C), 10 to match enhancements made to Article 6(C), along with SCHEDULE: “A”
The Union and Company have agreed to meet immediately after new data is provided concerning the members benefit package. Once negotiations are resumed, articles concerning compensation will be the focus of your Committee’s efforts.
