Last week, your Negotiating Committee received word that we will resume negotiations with Southwest Airlines in Dallas, TX on February 24th and 25th. The NMB Mediator, IAMAW Airline Coordinator, General Chairs, and Negotiating Committee members will meet with Company representatives.
As your Negotiating Committee, we have heard your concerns regarding the Economic and Quality of Life issues raised through the survey and during the Tentative Agreement ratification process last year. We are committed to informing the Company of your concerns during this session. With your unwavering support, we will convey your message to the Company with the hopes of allowing you to vote on a new Tentative Agreement of which you can be proud to vote — YES.
