The parties met for Negotiations on June 6, 7 and 8, 2016 at the Crown Plaza Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources; Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager; Jessica Mont Marquette, Employee Relations Manager; and Ashley Krueger, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and the Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 8, 9, 16, 19, 22, 25, 29 and a new Article for Uniform and Appearance. Discussions centered on full explanations behind each proposal. Dialogue between the parties was again positive and constructive. The following Articles where tentatively agreed upon, 1, and 29.
Negotiations will resume on July 12, 13, and 14 in Appleton, Wisconsin. Future negotiation meetings are planned on August 23, 24, and 25 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and September 20, 21, and 22 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
