The parties met for Negotiations on July 11, 12 and 13, 2016 at the City Center Appleton, WI. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources, Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager, and Ashley Krueger, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and the Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 2, 8, 9, 11, and 19, 25, 29. Discussions centered on full explanations behind each proposal. Dialogue between the parties was again positive and constructive. The following Articles where tentatively agreed upon, 16, 25, 28 and a new Article titled Pleasure Travel Program this session. As of this date the following Articles have been tentatively agreed upon Article 1, 3, 4, 14, 16, 24, 25, 28, 29 and a new Article titled Pleasure Travel Program .
Negotiations will resume on August 23, 24, and 25 in Milwaukee, WI. Future Negotiation meetings are planned on and September 20, 21, and 22 in Appleton, WI.
