The parties met for negotiations on August, 23, 24 and 25, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources; Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager and Jessica MontMarquette, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and the Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 19, 22, 26, 32 and TBD-B Appearance/Uniforms. Discussions centered on full explanations behind each proposal. Dialogue between the parties was again positive and constructive. The following Articles where tentatively agreed upon, 2 and 27 this session.
Negotiations will resume on September 20, 21, and 23, 2016 in Appleton, Wisconsin. Future negotiation meetings are planned on October 12, 13,14, 2016 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
