The parties met for Negotiations on November 1, 2 and 3, 2016 at the City Center Appleton, Wisconsin. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources, Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager, and Ashley Krueger, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 6, 8, 10, 11, 17, 19, 20, 21, 26, 30, 33 and TBD “A” Article on Appearance Standards. Discussions centered on full explanations behind each proposal. Dialogue between the parties was again positive and constructive. The following Articles were tentatively agreed upon this session: 8, 26, 30, and 22.
Negotiations will resume on January 24, 25, and 26, 2017 in Appleton, Wisconsin.
