The parties met for Negotiations on January 17, 18, and 19, 2017 at the Comfort Suites Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources, Randall Moulton, Acting Director of Maintenance, and Ashley Krueger, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Grand Lodge Rep Rich Johnsen, Jerry Lemke General Chair, Negotiation Committee Members, Gary Vargo, Jason Saledas, Seneca Harris and Allan James Ross.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 10 Leave of Absence, 18 Grievance Procedures, 20 Safety and Health, 24 Wage Rules and 32 Household Moving Allowance. No Tentative agreements were achieved at this meeting.
Negotiations will resume on February 21, 22, and 23 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Future negotiation meetings are planned on March 28, 29, and 30, 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina. April 25, 26, and 27, 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and June 20, 21, and 22, 2017 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
