The parties met for Negotiations on February 21, 22, and 23, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Stadium Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources, Randall Moulton, Acting Director of Maintenance, and Jessica MontMarquette, Employee Relations Manager. Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke General Chair, Negotiation Committee Members, Gary Vargo, Jason Saledas, Seneca Harris and Allan James Ross.
Several proposals were exchanged between the parties. Items open at the end of this session on the Company’s side were Articles 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 24, 27, 29 and the Growth LOA. Open on the Union’s side were Articles 8, 20, 34 and TBD 1 Uniforms and Appearance. Tentative agreements reached at this meeting were Articles 18, 32, and 35.
Negotiations will resume on March 28, 29, and 30 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Future negotiation meetings are planned on April 24, 25, and 26 in Charlotte, North Carolina, May 23, 24 and 25 Chicago, Illinois and June 20, 21, and 22 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
