Please be advised that the IAM Legal Department is not involved in the District 142 grievance procedure. They do not review grievance-related emails nor take any action on them, as they have no role in this process.
To ensure your grievance is properly addressed, you must follow the procedures outlined in your Collective Bargaining Agreement. This includes submitting grievances through the appropriate channels specified in the agreement.
Including the IAM Legal Department on grievance-related correspondence is unnecessary and does not expedite or influence the process. Please direct all grievance communications according to the established procedures.
