Thanks to the persistence and hard work of your Negotiating Committee a tentative agreement between Jetstream Ground Services and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers has been reached. This tentative agreement must be ratified by the members before it is final.
The agreement secures for you the protections and benefits of a Union Contract including wage increases, health insurance, retirement savings plan, vacation and more. Your Negotiating Committee unanimously recommends the members ratify this agreement.
In the coming week all employees will sign for and receive a copy of the proposed agreement. You will have this agreement for at least five (5) days before there will be meetings to answer your questions followed by a ratification vote. The date, location and times of the meetings and vote will be posted once the details are finalized.
