Your Negotiating Committee met this week with representatives of the Company in Phoenix, Arizona and very good progress was made.
At this time, all the proposals necessary to complete an agreement are on the table for consideration.
We have tentatively agreed (T/A) to Articles covering the following subjects: Recognition, Union Representation, Purpose of the Agreement, Seniority, Separability and Savings Clause, No Strike/ No Lockout, Non-Discrimination, Reductions in Force & Recall, Security, and the Grievance & Arbitration Procedure.
Future negotiations are scheduled for October 4-5 and October 18-19, 2017.
We are very close to an agreement. Your support is more important now than ever before and is needed to get the contract you deserve.
