Negotiations continued this week and significant progress was made. Representing the Company was Ryan Brenton, Chief Counsel. Negotiating for you were Joyce Amoah and Ken Fletcher, Negotiating Committee members; Grand Lodge Representative John Werkmeister and General Chairs Randy Griffith and Carrie Lessley.
While we hopped to reach an agreement, there were a few issues that will require the parties to meet again. The open items are Safety & Health, Health Insurance, and Duration. We are optimistic that we will reach an agreement at the next round of negotiations but need your support more than ever.
Negotiations are scheduled for November 30, 2017.
