The voting on our second Tentative Agreement between the IAM and Menzies Aviation ORD was conducted yesterday July 18, 2019 and the Tentative Agreement was approved by an overwhelming majority. The Agreement provides you with a much-improved pay scale, up to 6 weeks of vacation, amended work rules and enhanced short term disability.
Your team will begin finalizing the document immediately for printing and we will proceed to signing this ratified CBA so as not to delay any of the changes negotiated.
I would like to thank your Negotiating Committee Ed Dahlin, Mike Moore, Ron Robinson and Paul Mauldin for the great commitment and drive in accomplishing this agreement, as well as the Company’s Committee for their commitment to getting right down to business and negotiating our members an excellent contract. I would also like to thank the members of 403 it was your patience and solidarity that allowed us to see this process to a successful conclusion.
