Your negotiating committee, Ed Dahlin, Mike Moore, Paul Mauldin and Ron Robinson met with the Company’s committee, Nigel Shuttleworth and Dakota Butler on June 19, 2019. After hearing your grievances from the first failed tentative agreement we were able to reach a new tentative agreement that we believe meets the needs of all our Union members at Menzies-ORD.
Copies of the Agreement will be issued this week to each employee. If you have not received a copy please contact your Shop Steward. Please take the time to read the changes to the Agreement and take note of any questions you might have. Bring your questions to an informational meeting and get answers before you vote. Questions or not – we need everyone to participate! Your Committee is recommending acceptance of this tentative agreement.
