NETWORK OPERATIONS CONTROL PLANNERS AT SOUTHWEST AIRLINES VOTE NO ON TENTATIVE AGREEMENT

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

Network Operations Control Planners at Southwest Airlines have voted NO on their Tentative Agreement.

District 142 has notified Southwest Airlines and the Air Transport Territory of the results. Leadership from the company and the union will now meet to discuss the next steps in the negotiations process.

Our members have made their voices heard loud and clear, and we want to assure you that your union leadership has heard those voices. We will continue to fight for you at the negotiating table to secure a new Tentative Agreement, which you will be proud to ratify.

We will post an update once all parties have met to determine the next steps. In the meantime, please continue to support your union and one another in solidarity, as you have already done.

Don’t hesitate to contact your General Chair, Oralia “Lollie” Beecher, at obeecher@iamdl142.org with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely and fraternally,

John M. Coveny, Jr.
