The parties met October 5 and 6, 2016 at the MDW Hilton Garden Inn. Present for the Company was Mark Reiss, Attorney; Marsha Cox, Regional HR Manager; Tomasz Palar, General Manager and Rhonda Parrow, Field HR Manager. Representing the Union was General Chair Jerry Lemke, Victor Zilinskas, Bernard Phillips, and Gregory Smith. The following Articles where opened for discussion: Article III Seniority, V Hours of Work, Overtime and Holidays, XI General and Miscellaneous, XII Insurance Benefits, XIII Vacation, XIV Safety and Health, XVII Sick Leave, XXII Duration and Termination, and Schedule “A” Pay Scale. Dialogue between the parties was positive and constructive.
