This week the Company briefly revisited Article Eleven (Filling of Vacancies), the Committee passed proposals for Articles Fifteen (Reduction in Force) and Seventeen (Safety and Health). The Union responded to the Company on Articles Sixteen (Severance Pay) and Seven (Overtime) emphasizing the Member’s concerns voiced through proposals and surveys regarding Mandatory Overtime and Rest Rule issues. Your continued solidarity and support are appreciated through this process.
The next scheduled session is for October 16 – 18, 2018 in Dallas,Texas with future negotiation dates established through the first week of December.
