Once again, the Company misinforms. To be clear, Remote Representatives are governed by all terms of the current IAM-Southwest Airlines collective bargaining agreement (contract). At this time, the IAM has no desire to change any term or application of that contract as it relates to Remote Representatives. Additionally, this is not a subject of our ongoing negotiations with Southwest to amend the current contract.
Don’t listen to rumors – especially when they come from the Company.
