Your Negotiating Committee was on property in LAS on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 and met with the membership to answer any questions related to the Tentative Agreement (TA) reached with the Company last week. The polls were opened at 0700, closing at 1500, giving all members the opportunity to vote on the TA. After tabulation of all votes cast, you, the membership unanimously voted to accept the TA. A Print Ready copy of the Ratified Agreement has been sent to the Company and the Union for review of all language. After the review, the Company will print the Agreement and supply the Collective Bargaining Agreement to your Local and District Representatives for disbursement to you. Your Ratified Agreement is in full force and effect today, February 27, 2020 thru and including January 31, 2023. All improvements, enhancements and increases ratified are fully retroactive to February 1, 2020.
Once again, we would like to thank your local Negotiating Committee for the time, energy and thoroughness they provided to the negotiations. Without them, we would not have been able to bring these negotiations such a successful conclusion, providing the membership with a well-deserved Collective Bargaining Agreement.
