Dear Sisters and Brothers:
All participants in the representation case at Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines were notified by email today from the National Mediation Board (NMB) that, despite a lapse in federal funding and the government shutdown, all deadlines for submissions in this case remain unchanged.
It was also noted in the email that, while the government remains shut down, the NMB representatives assigned to our case will not be able to respond to emails or phone calls regarding this matter.
We will update our membership if any changes occur.
