Dear Sisters and Brothers: IAM District 142 has officially submitted a General Grievance to Southwest Airlines regarding the recent mass suspension and warnings of Employee Travel Privileges without transparency, evidence, or due process. The Company issued blanket suspension letters and warnings alleging “suspicious activity” involving NRSA guest passes, yet failed to provide any evidence or reasonable opportunity to respond.
