What do you love most about your job? I enjoy the problem solving and being empowered to think outside the box, whether that’s to help customers or to service the membership.

Something interesting about yourself: Born and raised in eastern Washington State. My parents are retired public school teachers both active in their respective teachers union. They taught me much about the importance of being involved in the union. With that comes passion that I have of doing my part to help lawmakers successfully pass Pro Worker legislation.
