With the recently reached Tentative Agreement, a ratification vote will occur on Friday, January 8, 2016 for all Hawaiian Airlines stations. At the ratification meeting, all members will have an opportunity to have any and all questions answered and the opportunity to cast their vote. These times should allow for everyone who is scheduled to be at work on those days the opportunity to vote on the Tentative Agreement either before, during or after their shift concludes.
Times and locations of the voting are:
Honolulu – HNL 7th Floor Conference Rooms 8:30 am – 7:30 pm Inter-Island Terminal II
Kahului – OGG Second Floor Terminal Offices (Onsite) 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Lihue – LIH State Conference Room (LIH Airport) 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Hilo – TO Employee Break Room Area 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Kona – KOA Employee Break Room Area 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Los Angeles- LAX Employee Break Room Area 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
If the ratification vote falls on your day off, you must come to the voting location to vote. There are no provisions for absentee balloting during the contract ratification process.
Copies of the complete Tentative Agreement have been posted online and printed copies are available locally through your shop stewards. Your negotiating committee recommends that the membership support this Tentative Agreement with a YES vote.
