Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 negotiations team met with Air Wisconsin leadership the week of July 8, 2024, at the District 141 offices in ORD.
On Tuesday, July 9, we secured Tentative Agreements on MRP Articles 11, 12, and 20 and COFPS Articles 13, 18, and 32. The company passed us MRP Articles 10, 14, and 29 and COFPS Articles 8 and 17.
On Wednesday, July 10, we secured a Tentative Agreement on MRP Article 14. The Union counter passed COFPS Article 8.
To date, we have negotiated Tentative Agreements on twenty-five Articles for MRP and twenty-three for COFPS. We now have three outstanding non-economic Articles for MRP and two for COFPS. The remaining open Articles are tied to economics.
The next round of negotiations is scheduled for the week of August 12. We also have weeks scheduled in September and October and tentative dates scheduled in November and December. As always, we thank you for your support and solidarity.
