Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your negiotiating committee is happy to announce that todays vote was ratified with 100% of all voting members at Signature Flight Support IAD showing up with full support to accept the TA.
The Agreement provides for increases in base rates of up to 17% for the life of the agreement, which is for a 4-year term, increases in shift differential and other premiums, Personal Holiday increase, and improvements in uniform language.
We are in the process of drafting a final copy of your ratified agreement, with all changes clearly marked. When completed, it will be ready for printing and dispersment to the membership.
We want to thank our members for your steadfast support and solidarity through these negotiations.
