Your IAM negotiation committee resumed negotiations with Southwest December 17-18, 2024 in Dallas, Texas.
This week, the Negotiating Committees reached tentative agreements (TAs) on the following articles:
- Article 8: Seniority
- Article 9: Training
- Article 11: Filling of Vacancies
- Article 24: Group Insurance Benefits
- Article 25: Profit Sharing/401(K)
We also had good discussions regarding scheduling and overtime. The Committees agreed to continue working through these items before we meet again January 21-23 and 27-29, 2025.
