Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiation Committee officially began contract negotiations with McGee Air Services at the IAM District 142 Offices in Phoenix, AZ, February 23 – 27, 2025.
Both the Union and the Company exchanged openers as well as a number of proposals. The areas of the contract discussed included Section 7 – Union Representation, Section 8 – Grievance Procedure, and Section 10 – General.
The next negotiation session is scheduled for the week of March 23, 2025.
Informational Teams Meetings are scheduled for Friday, March 7, 2025, at 10:00 am PST and 4:00 pm PST. We encourage everyone to attend at least one meeting, hear directly from your negotiation committee, and ask questions. Login information for the two Teams meetings can be found below.
As a reminder, rumors and false information can and do spread quickly during negotiations. The IAM District 142 website, www.atd142.org, these bulletins, and the scheduled Teams meetings should be your trusted sources of information.
