Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiating Committee for PSA Airlines Stores met again via Zoom on Friday, March 7, 2025, to continue discussing our strategy and negotiation preparations. The full committee was present, and we gathered a lot of information, including the proposals sent in by the membership, to start writing the official proposals which we will present to the Company when negotiations begin. We also sent the Company a request for employee information that will assist us in negotiations.
We have a Negotiation Prep training class scheduled for the week of April 14th at the IAM’s William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, Maryland. We will establish dates to continue writing proposals as a team at our District Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ in the near future.
This committee is asking our membership to be patient while we do our preparations. This is the first contract, and we must be diligent in our efforts to bring to the membership a contract they deserve and will be proud to vote YES for.
