Your IAM Negotiating Committee reconvened at District 142 Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, on April 9 and 10, 2025. During this period, we conducted virtual negotiation sessions with Southwest Airlines.
A Tentative Agreement was reached on Article Eighteen, General and Miscellaneous, and extensive discussions were held on Article Seven – Overtime.
Your committee is still working on all outstanding Articles in preparation for the upcoming sessions in Dallas, TX, on April 16 and 17, 2025.
