Your Negotiating Committee met with Company representatives October 5 and 6, 2016. Tentative agreements were reached regarding the Complete Agreement and Seniority.
In the upcoming week the Company will be distributing a medical survey on behalf of your negotiators. This survey is critical to preparing a cost comparison proposal in an attempt to get the best medical plan at the most affordable rates for you. Please fill out the survey and return it to your supervisor ASAP.
The Company gave us their Last, Best, and Final proposals on economics which included Wages. Their wage proposal came nowhere near meeting your needs. In an effort to keep these negotiations moving your Chief Negotiators will meet with the Company on October 18, 2016 at company headquarters in Washington, DC.
