Face-to-face negotiations between Jetstream Ground Services and the Union were held this week at Sky Harbor Local Lodge 2559. Present for the Company was Marc Des Noyers, President and CEO, Ryan Brenton, General Counsel Jetstream, and Tammy Harrington, Director of Operations – PHX. Representing you was Randy Griffith, IAMAW General Chair, Joyce Amoah, P/T Cleaner, and Kenneth Fletcher, F/T Cleaner.
The Union presented to the Company 17 proposals of which Recognition, Hours of Service and Overtime, Job Descriptions, Seniority, Reductions in Force and Recall, and No Strike No Lockout were just a few. Negotiations proceeded at a good pace and Tentative Agreements were reached on a number of items namely, Preamble, Seperability and Savings, Non-Discrimination, and No Strike No Lockout.
A future face-to-face negotiation date of March 14, 2017 has been set.
