Are you currently going out on a COLA/TOWOP or on an unpaid leave of absence from ExpressJet and want to avoid a lapse in dues? Please visit our IAMAW app, click on the “Leave Status” tab, and update your membership status by filling out a quick questionnaire; someone will contact you with further information.
For those members who do not have the app please contact your Local Lodge Secretary Treasurer Manny Rivero at or by phone at 973-803-0048 . Manny will be happy to guide you through the process of keeping your dues current.
Below are some answers to questions you may already have:
Q. Who should I contact for more information regarding my COLA/TOWOP/Unpaid leave of absence dues?

Q. Do I need to pay my full union dues while out on an unpaid leave in order to not have a lapse in dues?
A. No, you will not need to pay the full amount. Members are required to pay $2.00 per month while on an unpaid leave status.
Q. If I know I will be out for an extended timeframe, can I pay the full amount up front or mail a check monthly?
A. This is completely up to you. If you are going out on a 4-month COLA for example, that would be $8.00 to keep you dues-current, so you can mail the full $8 at once or choose to send a check monthly.
Q. Will ExpressJet bill me for my COLA/TOWOP/LOA dues?
A. No, members will need to send a check or money order to the local lodge. Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to LL2339N ATTN: Manuel Rivero.
