Due to scheduling problems in setting dates for negotiations, IAM District 142 and Allied
Aviation Fueling Company of DCA have agreed to extend the existing labor agreement for
additional 31 days, beginning July 1, 2014 and including all days until July 31, 2014. During
this extended period both parties agree to continue to negotiate in good faith to reach a new
collective bargaining agreement and all terms and conditions of the existing agreement will
remain in effect. Your Union and Negotiating Committee will continue to engage with the
company until an acceptable labor agreement is reached. Your continued patience and support
are greatly appreciated.
