Sisters and Brothers:
We contacted the Company in regards to the issues with ILIW last month and they assured us there would be no issues this month. However, we saw that was not the case and trips still weren’t able to be dropped or moved via the computer system when coverage allowed. As a remedy to this issue the Company has extended the ILIW and corrected the issue. We will be continuing to address this problem with the Company to ensure it does not happen again.
