While on a conference call with the Company, it was discovered that the current CBA did not capture the entire signed version of LOA #2 Line Bidding as it pertains to Jobshares, the printed copy was missing D – K. The Union and the Company have compared this to the 3/19/2019 TA that was awarded by arbitrator. Attached you will find the correct version of LOA #2.
